ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! Small little coffee and taiyaki shop in a book store! Flavors change everyday! Savory ones were my absolute favorite! $5 each!

Delicious Japanese style Taiyaki. You seen it on Tiktok, now come try it out. As far as I know this is the only place in 50 mile radius that does Taiyaki, and is not some packaged ice cream. The prices were excellent at 5 dollars per Taiyaki. They have tons of variety but they do have a selection of the day style theme and are limited to 3-4 fillings on that specific day. Me and my wife tried the Red Bean Paste Taiyaki, a bit unsure if it would taste anything like Kidney Beans. But it was a rich, sweet taste like a smore. They have other flavors we want to try but we loved trying the Red Bean flavor. The vibe and service is phenomenal, we chatted about how they got started and how interesting this little delicious snack is. It seems they started in a very unique looking van and are now serving inside a very beautiful and alternative mini library. Final Verdict: A hidden snack gem, and a must try if you are in town!

soup and sea were wonderful people! i love talking with them and was finally able to try their taiyaki! i give it 100/10. i got the red bean paste taiyaki. it was wonderful, and the two made it extremely worth trying. their menu changes daily! so keep that in mind and we paid 5$ for their traditional red bean one. we are definitely coming back as it was very yummy.

So delicious! If you’re never had Taiyaki come check them out. GF and lots of good V options. Absolutely delicious and inside an amazing bookstore :)
